Shipping for US & Canada ONLY (CD & Coil-Bound Products):

• Standard shipping is $4.00.
  Delivery may take from 5-7 days or longer.

• For faster service please specify Priority Mail.
  Priority Mail shipping is $5.00.

• Over 90% of orders are shipped on the following business day.
  

• Orders received by 4:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time are shipped the following morning. Orders received on Sundays are usually shipped the same day, but they may not be shipped until Monday morning if business is extremely heavy.

• Customers may receive a full refund of the purchase price of the product less postage and handling for a period of up to 30 days. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied just return merchandise within 30 days, in saleable conditions, for prompt refund. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!  To request a refund go to our "Contact Us" page and fill it out completly. Please leave a detailed comment regarding your disatisfaction.  Then send the CD with a copy of your original *receipt* to:
